Description of Service The Supplier will deliver food to be consumed during the day to the Client not later than11:00am. The Supplier will give advanced notice to the Client of any other changes to the schedule during the year through the Alive™ website and/or email communications. The Client is responsible to keep the food at an appropriate temperature. 2. Payment to Supplier - The Client agrees to pay the Supplier the corresponding amount to the selected plan plus any other applicable fees.  Unless otherwise agreed, amount is due upon signature of this agreement. 3.  Initiation Fee - The Client agrees to pay the Supplier a one-time initiation fee of $10.00. 4.   Dealine to select menu Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the deadline to select the menu is Wednesday of the week prior to receiving it. 5. Termination and Changes / Penalty Charge It is the Client's responsibility to call for the desired changes and adhere to the prescribed scheduled penalties if applicable.  The numbers to call are 787 667 8343 or 787 525 8389.  No penalty charges will apply for a "one time" change within the 4 week cycle, if made 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery (no later than 9:00am).  Any other changes made during therunning cycle will be charged to the Client's credit card or whatever form of payment at the rate of $5.00 per change.  A "change" is defined as any variation to the dates of delivery or changes to the menu. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY. (9:00AM) There are no cancellations or transfers of subscriptions allowed.  Subject to any penalty charge above, the Client may, however, suspend the service, without any extra charges for up to 12 months. !Bienvenido a Alivebags!
