The contribution from the Fund consists of a maximum of 50% of the activity’s total costs, with a maximum amount of €750 for a conference or symposium (foreign travel is not included in this subsidy).There is a maximum amount of €500 for the other events.
This should be the official budget of the organisation, as approved by the annual GMM.
The budget of the committee can be the same as the budget of the activity if the committee only one activity is organizing.
