Important Information for Course Participants:

Recreational scuba diving requires good physical and mental health. Some medical conditions can be hazardous while diving. These conditions are listed on the medical form. If you have, or are predisposed to, any of these conditions, please consult a physician. The Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire will help determine if you need further evaluation.

All Our Dive Trips, Courses and Packages Include:

Transportation: From and To any Hotel, Cruise Terminal, Tanks, Weights, Belts, Dive Computer, Masks/Snorkel, Fins,
Coolers with Ice Cold Drinking Water, Juices, Fresh Fruits, Cookies, Boat Trips, Boat Captain,
Professional: Certified on Staff RSTC, PADI, SDI, TDI, IDD, and CMAS Dive Instructors and Dive Masters.
Safety Equipment: On Board All Coast Guard-Approved VHF Marine Radio, Medic First Aid Kit, 2 Oxygen Tanks.
Convenience: On Board toilet with automatic flush, Hand Sanitizer, Digital Camera/Video fresh water Tank.
Special Gear Care: Fresh Water Rinse Tank with Antibacterial Soap & Overnight Secure Own Equipment Storage.
Night dive is not included in the packages. Unless doing a Private Charter or Unlimited Dive Package.
For the night dive we need Minimum 6 certified divers to be able to do the night dive from the boat and the same for Sunday's.

Private Boat Trip: Boat charter cost US$800.00 for 4 hours Includes: Transportation from and to any High rise and Low rise Hotels, Cruise Terminal outside gate, Tanks, Weights, Mask & Snorkel, Fins, Dive Computer, Boat Trips, Boat Captain, Professional Certified PADI, SDI, TDI, IDD, CMAS Instructors / Dive Masters, Ice coolers drinking water, Cups, Cookies, Fresh Fruits and Juice Drinks. We also have on board a restroom including toilet with push button flusher, toilet papers and hand sanitizer. A big fresh water bucket for digital underwater camera and a Big Fresh water equipment rinse tank with antibacterial soap. All Coast Guard approved Safety Equipment, VHF Marine Radio, Medic First Aid Kid and two Oxygen tanks. 
Not included: Rental BCD and Reg. US$40.00p/d, Rental wet suit $10.00p/d. Sur charges us$7.95p/p & 7% sales tax.

Transportation:


 		 Please be at the Mermaid Dive Center 60 minutes before the "Schedule" times, unless you need to be picked up at your hotel or resort.
The pick-up time for the 9:00 AM dive is 60 minutes before depart time. The resort course pick-up time is at 3:00 PM. 
Pick-up time for the Refresher Course is at 3:00 PM. Night dive is at 6:00 pm, pick-up time is 60 minutes before depart time.
Divers must show certification card prior to time of activity. No diving on day of departure. All Prices are in US$.

A lot of time and effort goes into preparing for your diving activity.
Therefore, the following cancellation policies are strictly adhered to for the consideration of the other customers.

 
Cancellation Policy:
Any online booking cancellation must be made by e-mail: mermaidaruba@hotmail.com or mermaid@setarnet.aw
Cancellation for all dives and/or packages must be made 10 days in advance of diving date in order to receive a full refund. Less than 10 days notice a 50% penalty will be assessed and is transferable but not refundable. Any cancellations made within 96 hours of the activity start time will be subject to 100% charge and is transferable but not refundable. Less than 96 Hrs is non transferable and non refundable. No refund for unused Portions.
