For iPhone and iPad Repairs
Please ensure the Activation Lock feature introduced in iOS 7 is disabled BEFORE sending in the device to us.
If this is not disabled, the repairers cannot process the repair until the activation lock is removed, which will delay the repair process.
We will include the steps required to disable Activation Lock in a confirmation email that will be sent to you shortly after submission of this request.
Repair Terms & Conditions
- The Telstra Repair Centre requires a pre-approval for non-warranty repairs under $150, above this will be quoted first - repairs covered by warranty have NO charge
- A $20 (ex GST) Freight charge may be applicable for the return of the device.
- A $49.50 service fee may be applicable when:
a. The warranty is voided for any of the reasons stated in the Voluntary Warranty Agreement e.g. liquid damage or physical damage.
b. The repairer determines there to be no faults with the equipment; or
c. No warranty applies and the repairer determines that the device is beyond economic repair (e.g. due to physical damage or liquid damage)
d. A customer elects not to proceed with a repair based upon a formal quote.
e. Where a customer does not respond to a quote from the repairer within 5 business days.
